The 50mL polypropylene centrifuge tube assembly utilizes a closed cap assembly with 3/4” of size 16 (1/8" x 1/4”) C-Flex tubing inlet line which transitions to 2 ½” of Size 14 (1/16” x ¼”) Tygon and then transitions to 17 ¼” of size 16 (1/8" x 1/4”) C-Flex tubing with a pinch clamp and plugged.The assembly includes a 3” vent line with a PTFE filter.Assembly is certified sterile.The assembly can be used for sampling and transfer of biopharmaceutical products and reagents in closed systems.Sold individually wrapped in a bag of ten.
